Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make an email signature GIF?
Upload an image to the Image-to-GIF form on this page and describe the motion. Download the completed GIF and preview it in your target email client before adding it to a signature.
How large should an email signature GIF be?
Moxion recommends at most 1 MiB and 600 px wide. These are recommendations, not universal limits or a delivery guarantee. Try GIF Compressor or GIF Resizer if the actual result is larger.
Will every email client play the animation?
No. Some clients show only the first frame. Make sure that frame works as a static image, then send a test to your target clients.
