These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of Moxion (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Moxion is operated by Moxion Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

1. Description of Service

Moxion is a cloud service for AI media generation, editing, and conversion. The Service may use one or more third-party AI model and media processing providers.

2. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not generate or share content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Not create content containing hate speech, violence, or sexually explicit material
• Not violate any applicable law or regulation
• Not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others and our platform

Violation of these obligations may lead to account suspension or termination.

3. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

You retain the rights you hold in your prompts, text, images, and other inputs, and you must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process them through the Service.

Rights to use generated outputs depend on applicable law, your plan, and relevant provider terms. We do not make an absolute ownership guarantee. Content is publicly displayed only when you choose or authorize public display.

Moxion retains rights in its software, algorithms, trademarks, and branding. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing period ends.

Refund requests are reviewed under the published Refund Policy, applicable payment provider rules, and applicable law; a refund is not unconditionally guaranteed for every first-time purchase.

Pricing changes apply prospectively. We will provide notice when required by law or when reasonably practicable.

Failed payments may result in restrictions on paid features or service access.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moxion may limit liability for:

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve disputes through direct communication where reasonably practicable.

Any governing law, court, arbitration, or other dispute process will be determined under applicable law and any valid agreement that applies; these Terms do not impose an absolute AAA arbitration requirement or class-action waiver.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through reasonably available methods, including an in-service notice, website notice, or email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
