Moxion provides an AI-powered video generation and GIF conversion platform enabling users to create videos and animated GIFs using text, images, and other prompts powered by advanced AI models.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not generate or share content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Not create content containing hate speech, violence, or sexually explicit material

Violation of these obligations may lead to account suspension or termination.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of your prompts, text, or image inputs.

Generated videos: ownership and usage rights depend on your subscription tier, as specified on the pricing page. Free-tier content may be publicly visible or used for model improvement.

Moxion retains ownership of its software, algorithms, trademarks, and branding. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing period ends.

Refunds are available for first-time users within 7 days of purchase.

We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failed payments may result in account suspension.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moxion shall not be liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules. You waive participation in class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
