Animated Three Motion GIF Effect

The three people simultaneously drop whatever objects are in their hands, letting the items fall completely out of frame. Immediately after dropping the items, all three people hold their empty hands out in front of them with palms flat upwards. They all begin rapidly moving their hands up and down in a continuous, alternating bouncing motion, with one hand moving up while the other moves down. They should be laughing as they are doing this
