Moxion is a cloud AI media creation and GIF/video editing service operated by Moxion Labs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data when you use our website and services.

We do not promise that all data is stored only on Vercel in the United States or that data remains in Japan.

Public connections to Moxion use TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3. Moxion also uses some access controls and logging; the controls and coverage vary by system and provider. This statement does not promise end-to-end encryption at rest or regular audits across all systems.

4. Data Disclosure

We disclose data as needed to providers supporting hosting and databases, AI inference and media processing, storage, CDN and queues, payments, identity, email, and enabled analytics, advertising, or monitoring. Provider terms, locations, retention, training uses, and deletion capabilities may differ.

The Service is not directed to children. If we become aware that we may have collected a child's personal data, we will review the circumstances and take reasonably available measures consistent with applicable law and our providers' capabilities.
