Natural Raindrops Animation on Iceberg

now i want rain drops will move down slowly randomly and some will stuck for some time and some will vanished by moving down and some new drop will drop in screen and it should looks like a real natural rain in very somthly and it will be feels like a loop not like stop and start again it should be very smoth start and end should not noticeable
